Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC

Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC is a computer Trojan horse that can display fictitious alert messages misleading you into thinking that your system is infected with parasites. Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC is able to utilize the techniques of a rootkit to hide from security applications such as antivirus or antispyware programs. Once installed, Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC can download additional malware that displays fake advertisements and notification messages. Manual removal of Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC is difficult to perform because it usually runs in the system background going undetected from security applications.

    However i cannot find the System32 folder under the regedit option...is this a hidden file?
    If so how can i unhide it?

    And i do not see a process called UAC running on my PC....but i know it is a UAC...dll file prompt that comes up every time i try to do something on my PC
