A system resore works fine on this pest. You'll find that the normal path to the restore has been block, so you'll need to get to a command piompt. START/PROGRAMS ACCESSORIES/COMMAND PROMPT Then type in the following, hit Enter and follow the directions. Don't be fooled by the "Virus Alert" that appears before each restore point description. That's just to scare you away. It Will Work. %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
