Step 1 : Use Windows Task Manager to Remove Sober.x Processes

Remove the "Sober.x" processes files:
smss.exe services.exe csrss.exe file-packed_datainfo.exe, csrss.exe, services.exe, smss.exefile-packed_datainfo.exe
