Step 1 : Use Windows Task Manager to Remove StarDialer Processes

Remove the "StarDialer" processes files:
p2p-10110.exe

Locate and delete "StarDialer" registry entries:

Step 3 : Detect and Delete Other StarDialer Files

Remove the "StarDialer" processes files:
E0B795B4-FD95-4ABD-A375-27962EFCE8CF StarInstall.ocx p2p-10110.lnk p2p-10110.exe p2p-10110.exe, p2p-10110.lnk, StarInstall.ocx
