Verification Account Description
"Verification account" email is a phishing email created by hackers to steal your Paypal account information. "Verification account" email will try to make you think you need to confirm, update and verify your Paypal account information. A rogue link may be provided in your "Verification account" email which may redirect you to 111212c.com/PayPal/. If you are tricked into entering your Paypal account information on the rogue website, your financial data will be stolen by remote phishers.
The "Verification account" email message may read:
"From: paypal@service.com
Subject: Verification account
Dear Sir/Madam,
We are writing you this email in regards to your account with
PayPal.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, article 3.2., we would like
to kindly ask you to confirm your identity by doing the following:
1. Click the link below and update your account informations by filling the forms.
https://www.PayPal.com/app/identify.pl
2. Send us copies of following documents:
- personal identification document (identity card or driving license or
international passport)
- a proof of the address submitted with our system (bank account
statement or utility bill)
You can send those scanned to our email address
service@PayPal.com or faxed to +44 709 121 2001.
With best regards,

The link provided by "Verification account" email is meant to push you into entering your login information. If you were tricked into doing so, contact Paypal immediately. Never login to your Paypal through "Verification account" email, open a new browser window and login. If you have received "Verification account" email, we suggest you delete it immediately to avoid clicking on a malicious link.

Backup Reminder: Always be sure to back up your PC before making any changes.To remove Verification Account, you must first stop any Verification Account processes that are running in your computer's memory. To stop all Verification Account processes, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Windows Task Manager. Click on the "Processes" tab, search for Verification Account, then right-click it and select "End Process" key.
To delete Verification Account registry keys, open the Windows Registry Editor by clicking on the Windows "Start" button and selecting "Run." Type "regedit" into the box and click "OK." Once the Registry Editor is open, search for the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Verification Account." Right-click this registry key and select "Delete."
Finally, to completely get rid of Verification Account, you must manually remove other Verification Account files. These Verification Account files can be in the form of EXE, DLL, LSP, TOOLBAR, BROWSER HIJACK, and/or BROWSER PLUGIN. For example, Verification Account might create a file like
%PROGRAM_FILES%\Verification Account\Verification Account.exe. Locate and remove these files.
