Adware authors may often try to present their software product as a useful and much-needed tool that won't disappoint users. However, they often tend to exaggerate and the final result may often turn out to be a disappointed user who didn't receive what they expected. This is exactly the case with Ads Remover. This software is advertised as a one-stop solution to all the pop-ups and ads we see while browsing the web. However, the Ads Remover software doesn't do a very good job when it comes to making ads disappear. In fact, its installation may even bring more ads to your web browser because this software is ad-supported.
Ads Remover is installed as a browser extension, and its activities can easily be classified as unwanted. Apart from injecting various advertisements in the targeted web browser, the Ads Remover adware may also gather anonymous information regarding the user's browsing habits and online activities. The data is non-identifiable, but we are certain that most of you wouldn't feel safe knowing that an app is spying on their activities. Ads Remover may often spread via software bundles, so users are advised to be more careful when they install cost-free applications. Using your common sense and a reputable anti-malware application should be enough to keep Ads Remover away from your PC, so don't hesitate to download and install a reputable security software suite to keep your PC safe.
