I can't remove Antivirus Soft. I hate this program. It is eating up everything I try to do to remove it. It continually pops up and never allows me to do anything to remove it. Do you have a contact website for this software? A whos who number? Anything? Those damn bastards. When i get a hold of them.

  • Althea says:

When I got this "Antivirus Soft" it didn't have the sysguard.exe in my process file but there was a hybysfv.exe file that was using a huge amount of memory. I googled it on the internet and it didn't exist, so I ended it and all it's trees and I didn't have the pop-ups blocking everything anymore. I also disconnected my Lan settings as suggested and now all of a sudden my computer realizes it has a virus. Thank goodness. I hope this helps some other poor layman like me.
May a thousand bedbugs and 5 million mosquitoes find the creators of this program extremely attractive for the rest of their lives.

I have the antivirus soft adware on my computer.. And I cannot install any of the spyware programs advised. The only website my computer will go to is the one trying to peddle the software. I cannot do a regedit. Norton doesn\'t seem to recognize it.
I even downloaded the softwares to a flashdrive from another computer, and cannot install from there either. It seems like someone could put a stop to\"Antivirus Soft\", since they have a website trying to extort money,,and all.

  • Gene Ratigliano says:

Last evening Antivirus soft got placed on my laptop and now am not able to access the internet or open any programs. Will I be able to use spyware remove software such as yours to override the antivirus soft lock on my system and get it removed. It is on the task bar, keeps popping up and no matter what I tried could not get around it. I am not able to down load your software directly on my laptop because anti virus soft will not let me log on to the internet. Can your software be loaded on a CD Rom and somehow override the antivirus soft to clean my machine or any other suggestions?

There is another process for AV soft, that doesn't have sysguard or sftav in the process name. On my computer I had the AV Soft issue, and I noticed on my taskmanager that there was a process called qwcknvetssd.exe taking up a lot of data. Once i managed to kill the process, no more Av soft fake warnings!! So be on the look out for processes taking up a lot of information

  • Tony S says:

IN ORDER FOR YOU TO REMOVE THIS ANTI-SOFT MAKE SURE YOU REBOOT YOUR SYSTEM AND CHECK BY PRESSING "PAUSE" COMMAND KEY IN YOUR KEYBOARD THEN CHECK IF YOU HAVE AN OPTION TO RESTORE OR RUN BACK-UP!(IT HAS AN OPTION WHETHER YOU CAN BACK UP YOUR FILES WHEN YOU DO RE-INSTALL ON SOME PC, LAPTOP IF PURCHASED FROM RETAILER) WITHOUT THIS YOU HAVE TO BUY A NEW OPERATING SYSTEM THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO DO SYSTEM RESTORE WHEN YOUR RUNNING WINDOWS ITSELF... AFTER YOU DONE RUNNING RE-INSTALL MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL INTERNET SECURITY FOR YOU TO GET PROTECTED WHEN YOU DO SURFING ONLINE CAUSE IF YOU ONLY HAVE ANTIVIRUS YOUR STILL VULNERABLE TO ANY INTERNET INTRUSION PEACE....

  • Zeal says:

Got this Antivirus Soft on my laptop and within minutes I was about to lose it! I Prayed and asked for HELP! Soon, Peace filled me with things to try: 1. Turn off computer (Hard boot if necessary... Power "Off" button) 2. Turn on Computer and hit F8 until I can select "Safe Mode". 3. When system boots up in safe mode, go to PROGRAMS - ACCESSORIES - SYSTEM TOOLS - SYSTEM RESTORE. 4. Restore to day before. After you are restored, you will not have the problem any more.
