Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

EasyCalendar is a typical adware that may try to get benefit from inserting ads in your browsers. The actual functionality of this application is very limited: it doesn't offer any features that the integrated Windows Calendar lacks. The fact that many PC users will not find EasyCalendar helpful is the reason the developers of this adware may rely on questionable distribution methods. You may install this add-on unwillingly because it may travel as a recommended bonus component of third-party freeware. Luckily, as long as you perform the process through the 'Advanced' menu and don't skip the details, you can uncheck the additions pretty easily.
EasyCalendar may cause modifications to all browsers that you have on your PC. First of all, you may notice that the start page of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer is not what it used to be. The adware may place some unreliable search site in its place. You should abstain from using unknown pages when you want to find information because they may transfer you towards partner sites with unverified legitimacy. The same is the purpose of the numerous pop-ups, banners and interstitial ads by EasyCalendar that you may encounter repeatedly. These commercial materials may be based on your cookies to meet your needs better. Even if the displayed discounts and coupons attract your interest, you should click on the links at your discretion because sometimes the ads may load fraudulent or compromised platforms. Some of the heavier multimedia ads like the videos and animations may become a burden to your PC, which may end up in a slower operating speed or occasional crashes. If you want to remove this questionable plugin from your system, you need to perform an in-depth scan with a credible security tool.
