InterYield is adware that may display disturbing pop-up advertisements on the desktop of the computer system. When installed on the PC, InterYield may insert an unwanted browser add-on, plug-in or browser extension. If the InterYield pop-up advertisements are shown once the PC when the computer user opens a new tab on a Web browser, it means that the computer may be infected with adware or PUP (potentially unwanted program). InterYield may display random pop-up ads or ads related to the PC user's Internet surfing habits in a form of underlined words and text boxes no matter which Web browser is being used. InterYield may be installed on Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and other popular Web browsers. InterYield may be installed when downloading freeware from suspicious download websites on the Internet without the PC user's authorization.
