Sponsorship is an annoying program, which is categorized as an adware application. Sponsorship may be distributed to compromised PCs bundled with various freeware and shareware applications. So if the computer user wants to avoid downloading Sponsorship, he has to be very careful when downloading such programs on the computer system. Sponsorship invades the affected computer system without the target PC user's consent and then displays repeated pop-up advertisements on the screen of the compromised PC. If the PC user can see commercial pop-up advertisements that appear in tabs and contain the Sponsorship name, this may indicate that Sponsorship is installed on the vulnerable computer. Sponsorship may be pushed using misleading distribution tactics. Sponsorship may come packaged with freeware and shareware programs, which always carry a variety of toolbars, add-ons and similar stuff for the purpose of money making. If computer user want to evade Sponsorship, they should pay more attention to installation process of freeware and shareware programs. If computer users can see a check mark, which agrees to install Sponsorship, they should uncheck it.
