Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

SuperPCFix is a rogue system optimizer that claims the ability to improve your PC's stability and performance by removing junk data and potentially threatening software. Unlike legitimate examples of such software, SuperPCFix doesn't have ties to any reputable company, and its predominant distribution method appears to be pop-up advertisements. Because SuperPCFix may have a damaging effect on your computer's security, you always should delete SuperPCFix, and resolve any suspicions of additional computer problems by using reputable brands of PC maintenance utilities.
The Super Repair Job that Breaks Your PC Further
SuperPCFix has the effective, superficial looks of any system optimization program, and seems as if SuperPCFix includes features for repairing your Registry and dealing with other sensitive components of your operating systems. However, an analysis of SuperPCFix that runs more than skin-deep finds numerous issues with this software. Malware experts particularly took notice of SuperPCFix's inability to detect any legitimate system problems, instead, preferring to generate errors about fake issues.
This hoax-based functionality is strongly similar to the main features of the WinWebSec family of scamware, although malware experts have yet to determine how closely related SuperPCFix is to other, similar PC threats. Although the provision of faking a system scan is SuperPCFix's central 'feature,' SuperPCFix may also load pop-up windows with more misleading warnings. Besides frightening you about the potential problems with your computer, SuperPCFix's primary intent is to force you to acquire a premium variant of its software, which is identically worthless and inaccurate.
Fixing a PC that's Plagued by SuperPCFix
Even PC users who are well-informed about SuperPCFix's fraudulence may find trouble with related issues, such as being blocked from using specific programs, seeing their browsers redirected to unusual error pages or finding that their desktop images have been replaced. Since SuperPCFix is a harmful program that threatens your machine's safety, removing SuperPCFix should be considered nothing less than paramount to your online and offline PC security. Malware researchers also suggest the use of reliable anti-malware tools when uninstalling SuperPCFix is needed, lest some of its system changes or other components be allowed to stay past their welcome.
SuperPCFix is estimated to be using online advertisements and fake online scanners to install itself. Web security products and features may be able to block this kind of content automatically. However, a well-informed person at the keyboard also should be able to spot the clear warning signs of a scamware attack, which relies on misdirection and confusion as much as it does on direct assaults against your computer. If you're not secure about the welfare of a potential download link or the legitimacy of an online scanner's results, always look to reputable third parties for a second opinion before endangering your machine.
