ScreenshotAntivirusGold is a rogue anti-spyware application that pops up a fake notification to make you believe that your computer is infected with spyware. This message may seem similar to the one issued from Windows Security Center. AntivirusGold may be installed to your computer with the help of Trojans or through various security exploits. Although the makers of AntivirusGold seek to goad you into purchasing AntivirusGold, this program should not be trusted. It is reported that AntivirusGold is associated with Antivirus Golden, SpyHeal, SpywareQuake.
