Step 1 : Use Windows Task Manager to Remove QoolAid Processes

Remove the "QoolAid" processes files:
uupgqem.exe jaicg.exe unwn.exe f191203.exe sccmgr.exe wtmp.exe, sccmgr.exe, f191203.exewtmp.exe

Step 2 : Use Registry Editor to Remove QoolAid Registry Values

Locate and delete "QoolAid" registry entries:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows CurrentVersionRunwinsyncHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRunwinsync

Step 3 : Use Windows Command Prompt to Unregister QoolAid DLL Files

Search and unregister "QoolAid" DLL files:
dmonwv.dll

Step 4 : Detect and Delete Other QoolAid Files

Remove the "QoolAid" processes files:
yngbr.dat uupgqem.exe jaicg.exe unwn.exe bbevqv.dat dmonwv.dll f191203.exe sccmgr.exe wtmp.exe bbevqv.dat, unwn.exe, jaicg.exe, uupgqem.exe, yngbr.dat
