Sachiel Description

Sachiel is a worm that attempts to spread via floppy disks. It shows a fake error message and installs itself to the computer. Then it removes several computer files and places lots of infected files on all hard disks. The worm is written in Visual Basic Script applicationming language and doesn't spread quickly.

In the "All or part of the the file name" section, type in "Sachiel" file name(s).
To get better results, select "Look in: Local Hard Drives" or "Look in: My Computer" and then click "Search" button.
When Windows finishes your search, hover over the "In Folder" of "Sachiel", highlight the file and copy/paste the path into the address bar. Save the file's path on your clipboard because you'll need the file path to delete Sachiel in the following manual removal steps.

Finally, to completely get rid of Sachiel, you must manually remove other Sachiel files. These Sachiel files can be in the form of EXE, DLL, LSP, TOOLBAR, BROWSER HIJACK, and/or BROWSER PLUGIN. For example, Sachiel might create a file like
%PROGRAM_FILES%\Sachiel\Sachiel.exe. Locate and remove these files.
