WinLink
WinLink Description
WinLink can secretly get into the computer from several malicious web sites or come along with free ad-supported software. Its main task is to serve commercial advertisements to user desktop or within related application. WinLink modifies essential computer and, sometimes, browser settings without asking for user permission, so the adware could start automatically on every Windows startup and work hidden in background. WinLink doesn't compromise computer security, but obstructs usual web surfing and may violate user privacy by tracking his Internet activity. How can I get rid of WinLink?
The most common spyware removal tactic is to uninstall WinLink by using the "Add/Remove Programs" utility. However, as there may still be hidden WinLink files, it's possible that WinLink will reappear after reboot. Follow the WinLink detection and removal methods below.
