Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

AddsByCoupon is an ad-supported browser extension, which works equally well on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. It doesn't do anything besides displaying ads, so you should seriously consider if you need it. The developers of this questionable add-on promote it as a tool that will optimize your online shopping. However, this statement isn't entirely accurate. There are good reasons to assume the creators of AddsByCoupon benefit more from its presence than the client. Whenever you reach the sponsored pages through the new pop-ups and banners, these people will get referral commissions. If you indeed buy products at a cheap price, this process could be perceived as mutually beneficial. The problem is that the affiliated platforms are often quite unreliable. This fact is not too hard to explain – you can probably guess that the popular e-commerce sites don't rely on the help of adware to get visitors. Virtually any page can become a part of the partner network of AddsByCoupon as long as its administrators pay the necessary price. As a result, sometimes fraudulent or potentially dangerous sites may also be included, so you should be very careful with the ads by AddsByCoupon. They come in such large quantities that you may even notice some annoying functionality problems such as increased loading time or even sporadic freezes. Even if your PC is powerful, and there are no performance issues, the new pop-ups, banners and interstitial ads may prove to be pretty distracting and exasperating. The add-on attaches to the web clients very firmly. For this reason, you should use a dedicated malware removal tool to get rid of AddsByCoupon.
