TrojanDownloader.Adcurl is a threat that may be employed by malicious third-parties to download and install malware into infected systems. The primary purpose of TrojanDownloader.Adcurl is to infiltrate its target and allow entrance of other hazardous threats. Although some Trojans may require human assistance in order to introduce these additional infections, TrojanDownloader.Adcurl may do it automatically and in a silent manner. Once it has successfully penetrated the user's computer, TrojanDownloader.Adcurl may append an entry in Windows' Registry so that it is run with each system boot.
