JavaPlayer.info is an unreliable website that may display a fake pop-up notification 'Update the latest Java version - IMPORTANT!' on a screen of a computer system while PC users are browsing the Web. The fake pop-up notification on JavaPlayer.info may be displayed by adware that may spread and access the computer system while PC users are downloading free software from questionable download websites. The bogus pop-up warning message shown on JavaPlayer.info states that 'Your Java version is out of date', and the PC user needs to get some critical security update as soon as possible.

The alert of JavaPlayer.info also provides the computer user with instructions on 'Why is it important to upgrade to the latest version'. In reality, this warning message is not connected with the computer user's Java program. The bogus Java alert was made to possibly distribute adware and other potentially unwanted programs (PUPs).
