LowerPrice is a browser plugin, which promises to enhance your on-line shopping experience. If you trust its description, you should expect to buy various product cheap, thus saving money. However, this promise may not be fulfilled in reality. LowerPrice is a traditional adware add-on and benefits its developers more than the clients. You will indeed see many different coupons, discounts and seemingly excellent deals, but they may serve you no good. If you click on these ads, you may be transferred to some e-commerce sites you have never heard of. Although it is possible for them to be legitimate, they may also scam you with the purchases. The advice of the security experts is to avoid the ads because they may also lead you to unsafe pages or involve you in hoaxes. Staying away from the newly created pop-ups, banners and in-text ads may be easier said than done. They usually come in vast amounts and are often placed in such a way that you may click on them accidentally. You should not be surprised if the presence of LowerPrice leads to some speed drops or freezes – the process of loading the ads redirects some of your system's resources. You may install the adware together with other freeware, so you should always read the details. If you decide that LowerPrice doesn't suit your needs, you should delete it with a credible anti-malware solution.
