Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.

The GetFitNow New Tab is a Web browser extension that provides users who are attempting to lead a healthy lifestyle with useful tips, workout routines, recipes, calorie counting tools, and other utilities that may help them on their way to losing weight and shaping a better body. While it is undeniable that these features will be very useful to some users, it is important to mention that none of the features that the GetFitNow New Tab offers are associated with the application's publisher. Instead, the GetFitNow New Tab simply refers users to 3rd-party services, websites, and applications that perform the tasks advertised on their website. The links to these utilities are displayed on a website that the GetFitNow New Tab sets as the default new tab page for the user's Web browser automatically. Apart from the collection of websites linked to healthy lifestyle, the new tab page also includes a search field that delivers results from Yahoo.
The installation of the GetFitNow New Tab can't be completed without giving the extension permissions to change the Web browser's new tab page to a 3rd-party search engine linked to the software's publisher. While this behavior is not harmful, it is undeniable that most users will not be happy having their Web browser's configuration modified by a 3rd-party utility. If the GetFitNow New Tab's features satisfy you, and you are not concerned by the fact that it forces you to use an unknown new tab page, then you'll be glad to hear that using this software will not have any adverse effects on your Web browsing experience. However, if you are on the opposite side, and the presence of the GetFitNow New Tab annoys you, then you should take the required steps to fully uninstall this application from your computer. The GetFitNow New Tab's removal can be carried out either manually via your Web browser's extension manager, or with the assistance of reputable anti-malware software.
