To reconnect the device, click the 'Add Bluetooth or other device' on top of the same menu.
Use the Windows Troubleshooter

To access it, load the Windows Settings through the Start Menu and then go to 'Update & security.' Choose 'Troubleshoot' and then 'Bluetooth' to initialize the troubleshooting wizard.
Update Windows Bluetooth Drivers
Go to the 'Device Manager' through the 'Start Menu' and then look for the 'Bluetooth' tab. Expand it, find your primary Bluetooth adapter and right-click it. Select 'Update Driver' from the dropdown menu and wait for the operation to complete.
