How to Uninstall Spotify

Uninstalling Spotify on Windows
Start by quitting Spotify via the program's interface or by right-clicking its icon in the notification area and selecting 'Exit.' After this, go to Start Menu -> Settings -> Apps & Features. Find 'Spotify' select and click 'Uninstall' to complete the application's removal. Your account will be preserved, and any playlists you created will be saved – just make sure to cancel your subscription if you do not plan on using the service for the moment.
Uninstalling Spotify on macOS
Start by selecting Spotify and then using the drop-down menu to press 'Quit Spotify.' After this, open Finder -> Applications and drag Spotify to the 'Trash Bin.' To delete leftover files, open the Finder again, and then press the Command + G keyboard shortcut. Type '~/Library' in the window, and then press 'Go.' Delete these Spotify-associated files:
