AntiSpywareBox (antispywarebox.com) is a rogue anti-pyware program that hijacks a user's PC, displays pop ups, and warning messages claiming that the user's PC is infected, then tricks them in purchasing rogue anti-spyware products such as RegFreeze, TitanShield Antispyware, and SpySheriff.

Examples of fake security messages that pop up:
"You computer is not protected against spyware!"
"Danger! Spyware activity detected on your computer!"
"Alert! A minimum of 7 spyware items found!"
"Your computer is working slowly!"
"Alert! You are receiving spam!"
"Warning! Your security and privacy are at risk!"
