Antivirus 2010 RTK

Posted: December 20, 2010

Antivirus 2010 RTK Description

Antivirus 2010 RTK is rogue software that hijacks a computer desktop and installs a rootkit Trojan for malicious purposes. The rootkit gives hackers complete access to the PC, while Antivirus 2010 RTK makes sure most security programs are kept at bay. Hackers will now be able to monitor all the user's activities and enable the rogue to steal passwords and other confidential information. In most cases identity fraud is the main objective for these hackers, as they target online banking details to pilfer money from unwary users. Another symptom of this scam happens when the rogue pretends to find malicious code and other malware on the victim's machine in order to frighten him or her into purchasing this useless product. Do not fall for this blatant trickery and have your PC scanned and cleaned using a reliable malware remover.
