BAT.Grozny

This malicious spyware is a member of batch-file infectors' family. BAT.Grozny is usually able to search for BAT-files on the infected PC and infect them by adding several likes of virus code to their original sources. This technique makes it quite hard to get rid of this infection completely, that's why the best defence against this pest would be not to open any files you don't know.
