Backdoor.BO2K
A Remote Administration Tool, used by hackers for illegal accessing and controlling of other people's PCs. Many versions of Backdoor.BO2K can be found in the internet, but the main principle is always the same: the victim's PC is infected with a "server" application. A "backdoor" in the security is created by the "server", allowing the intruder to connect via a "client" application, installed on his PC. The functions of such viruses may vary, depending on the needs of the hacker. Variants appeared from October, 2000 to June, 2004.
