This RAT was created in November 2000. It requires at least 469kb for storage. A Remote Administration Tool is a hacker tool, designed for getting remote control over victim's PC. Usually the infection is performed via the e-mail or File and Print Sharing. A "server" application, hidden in the victim's machine allows the intruder to control the PC via a "client". The functions of a RAT may vary, depending on the needs of the hacker. This particular virus uses "trojan" and "backdoor" abilities to gain the hacker unlimited control over user PC.
