Budweiser Trojan is a specific spyware, which was designed with one destructive purpose of stealing user's passwords and logins. For these needs Budweiser Trojan uses a simple key logging technique, which helps it to log user's keystrokes and to write them into a special file. Once that had happened, this pest sends this log file to the hacker.
