ChatBlocker is a commercial malware application designed to record chat conversations. It also has the ability to prevent certain softwares from running and disable computer tools and services. ChatBlocker must be manually installed. It comes with the functional uninstaller. Although this application is not an actual spyware, it can be used by hackers for obvious malicious purposes.
