"Critical vulnerables found!" popup is a false alert from fake antivirus program Advanced Virus Remover. Typically, the alert will suggest purchasing and installing a virus removal tool, and this is when you are persuaded to purchase Advanced Virus Remover. As you might already know, this "Critical vulnerables found!" popup alert reads:

"Critical vulnerables found! Proactive system found several active vulnerabilities on your computer. Please read the following instructions before you continue. Your system is at risk of being damaged by existing viruses - This can lead to PC freezes, crashes, erratic behavior, and data loss. Please run virus removal tool to protect your system."
