Downloader.Delphi is a spyware/ Trojan. Downloader.Delphi copies its file(s) to your hard disk. Its typical file name is dnlsvc.exe. Then it creates new startup key with name Delphi downloader and value dnlsvc.exe. You can also find it in your processes list with name dnlsvc.exe or Delphi downloader.
