Eclipse 2000 (Iridium)
Eclipse viruses represent a very rare case, when three different RATs share the same name. You may find a virus called Eclipse 2000, Eclypse or Eclypse in the Internet. The word in parentheses is the nickname of the author.
The author of this version is a hacker called Iridium. The pest is written in Visual Basic. It originated in August 1999. A newer version of this pest ) appeared in February 2005.
