Evil Goar

This is a Remote Administration Tool , used by hackers for gaining access to distant PCs. This RAT was designed to infect the computer via the ICQ protocol. It originated in June 2000. The author is a hacker called EvilGoat. Once in the computer, the virus opens a default TCP port and awaits commands from the intruder. He can connect to the infected PC via a client application.
