ExPup

ExPup is an adware application that shows undesirable advertisements. It opens commercial sites in a web browser, shows pop-ups, unwanted advertising toolbars or other objects with similar content. It also may have additional dangerous payload specific to browser hijackers, trojans and some malware variants. ExPup can severely decrease overall PC performance, violate user privacy. The threat can secretly get into the computer while visiting certain malicious web sites. It also can be installed along with some ad-supported software. Certain softwares come with the embedded adware module.
