FakeAV.ESG

FakeAV.ESG (or Trojan Horse FakeAV.ESG) is a detection name for a group of Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) being used for the malicious promotion of certain rogue security programs. These programs do not provide any security services, instead they harm computers. Trojan Horse FakeAV.ESG produces popup windows which claim the system is infected with malware. Soon more popups will appear, this time urging the user to purchase a rogue malware remover to terminate the so-called threats. Do not fall for this trickery and get rid of Trojan Horse FakeAV.ESG before it tries to pilfer your money.
