ICQ Revenge 1.0
ICQ Revenge 1.0 is a hacking tool designed to exploit AOL. Such tools can steal your passwords; attack other AOL users' computers; send a enormous number of instant messages to your friends; and commit other acts that can harm your system and even you, your friends, or even strangers on AOL.
One can assume that ICQ Revenge 1.0, as well as other hacking tools, exist because AOL is less secure than other ISPs, or because their software is not well-designed. This is not true. AOL hacking tools - like ICQ Revenge 1.0 - exist for historical reasons. AOL was the first ISP to gain a significant number of users, and thus became a target for hackers.
