Worm Melting is an Internet worm that spreads in infected e-mails with executable attachments. It was designed to look like a screensaver application and actually has such ability. However, it sends copies to all e-mail addresses found in the Address Book and renames all executable computer files. Then you need to manually restore all affected files. The worm has several bugs in its code and often hangs an infected PC.
