My PC Protector

Posted: February 11, 2010

My PC Protector is a rogue anti-spyware program designed to pilfer money from unwary computer users. My PC Protector enters the compromised computer via a conduit created by a Trojan in the system. Once active, My PC Protector will redirect the browser to a fake security scan webpage which produces bogus results to scare the victim. My PC Protector will then urge the user to purchase a licensed version of the rogue in order to terminate the so-called threats. Do not become another victim of cyber fraud by partaking in this scam. Remove My PC Protector immediately using a reliable malware remover.
