Parrot is an Internet worm, which spreads by e-mail in messages with infected attachments and through IRC channels. It tries to imitate a screensaver application and tricks a user into installing it. Then the worm infects critical computer executables and starts its spreading routine. It uses Microsoft Outlook mail application to send itself to e-mail addresses found in the Address Book. For spreading in IRC chats it uses popular mIRC client. Parrot modifies some computer files and shows a simple message window.
