Qscan is a fake security application pretending to be a real malware remover. The design resembles a virus and spyware remover, but the real functions of Q-Scan are quite malicious. Computer security experts have identified Qscan as a dangerous computer infection. Qscan will not detect spyware or other problems on the system, instead it will try to convince unwary computer that the system is infected. This rogue fabricates infection warnings to intimidate victims into buying the fake program. Qscan can also hijack the web browser and redirect it to corrupt websites that distribute the Qscan software. Qscan is a fake and should be removed feom the infected computer immediately once it has been detected.
