REAnti is a rogue anti-spyware program that uses fake warning messages and system scans as scare tactics to lure users into purchasing the full version. REAnti is part of the rogue anti-spyware program family WiniSoft. REAnti may come from a Trojan infection found on malicious or questionable websites, fake video codecs, or malware-based ads.

Once infected by REAnti, you'll receive numerous fake security alerts and system scan results stating that your computer is infected with spyware. These scare tactics are meant to get you to believe that you must purchase the full version of REAnti to "fix" their computer. If you click on any of the links provided on the security alerts pop ups, it will redirect you to malicious websites that sell REAnti as a legitimate spyware remover. It is strongly recommended to remove REAnti from your system upon detection.
