ScanZero (or Scan Zero) is a dangerous rogue anti-spyware program which uses deceptive ways to appear legitimate. Scan Zero uses malicious tactics to pilfer money from unwary computer users. Examples of this include the fabrication of infection alerts and producing fake system scan reports. These warnings may even imitate Windows Firewall and Windows notifications. Do not trust any pop-ups with the ScanZero name on it. Once it is downloaded, ScanZero will demand payment for using the useless program. Remove Scan Zero immediately once it has een detected.
