SecureMyPcPCScanner is a rogue anti-spyware application that is usually downloaded and installed onto your computer by a Trojan exploiting security holes. Once installed it will display notifications of non-existent security and privacy risks and try to scare you into buying the full version. SecureMyPcPCScanner can also download and install additional malware, generate irritating pop-up advertisements, hijack your homepage, and in doing so, slow down your computer notably or cause it to crash. SecureMyPcPCScanner can be highly difficult to remove manually since it has the ability to recreate and update itself.
