Security Master

Posted: June 30, 2010

Security Master is a rogue anti-spyware program designed to pilfer money from unwary computer users. SecurityMaster enters the system after a Trojan opens a backdoor on the compromised system. The browser will be redirected to a fake online scan which reports false infections on the system. The user will soon be bombarded by popup alerts urging the purchase of Security Master to remove the so-called threats. Do not fall for this trickery and have SecurityMaster and all related threats removed immediately.
