Smooth Defender 2009

Smooth Defender 2009 is a Rogue Anti-Spyware Program that relies on backdoor trojans to get into your PC system. Smooth Defender 2009 will try to scam you out of your money for its proclaimed "licensed version". Once inside the system, Smooth Defender 2009 floods the user with pop-ups and fake system notifications, claiming the system is infected and in need of security software. While this may be true, Smooth Defender 2009 does not have the ability to detect threats. Smooth Defender 2009 will perform fake system scans that mark harmless files as threats, and urge the user to purchase it's "licensed version" in order to terminate the infections. Once detected Smooth Defender 2009 must be removed from the system immediately.
