Trojan.Spy.YEK is a dangerous Trojan horse designed with the intent to spy on corporate networks. Trojan.Spy.YEK has been known to be able to infect computer systems without notice to the computer operators and then collect private data. This process is done by Trojan.Spy.YEK registering as a legitimate listening service. Trojan.Spy.YEK can collect emails, addresses, databases and even detailed information about the infected system. The private data can be sent to a remote FTP server where it can be used against the effected company. Trojan.Spy.YEK gets its instructions from a command and control server allowing a remote hacker to control its next moves. Trojan.Spy.YEK is able to run on all versions of Windows including Windows 7.
