Newbiero is a network worm that drops a backdoor onto your system through which a remote attacker can get full control over your PC. Worm.Newbiero spreads over open network shares. When it is executed, Worm.Newbiero will configure Windows to automatically run Worm.Newbiero on each startup. Worm.Newbiero will then connect to an IRC channel in order to get commands from a remote attacker. Worm.Newbiero has the ability to pass through several commercial firewall programs secretly. Worm.Newbiero is extremely dangerous, as it allows access to any sensitive personal and financial data stored on your computer.
