Worm.Ructo.B is a malicious computer worm which spreads to different PC systems via Windows Live Messenger. Worm.Ructo.B is a highly dangerous computer threat that does not make its penetration of or occurence on the computer system evident to the user, and will indeed attempt and stay hidden in the background. Worm.Ructo.B will further attempt and trick PC users and security software by randomly creating and deleting files from the computer system. Worm.Ructo.B is also known for reducing the security settings in Internet Explorer, in effect making it much easier for other parasites and infections to get access to the machine.
