"You've received a question about your eBay item" email is a phishing email created to steal your eBay account login information. "You've received a question about your eBay item" email links to a malicious website (sign-in-member-cgi72.pochta.ru/ehayISAPIdllSignInruhttwwwehaycomtrksidm.asp) that simulates eBay's website. "You've received a question about your eBay item" email will try to make you believe you need to confirm, update and verify your eBay account information. Phishers will try to make you click on the link provided on the "You've received a question about your eBay item" email and save the information you have submitted on the rogue website.

All links provided by "You've received a question about your eBay item" email are meant to push you into entering your login information. If you were tricked into doing so in any of the websites that "You've received a question about your eBay item" email may link you to, contact your bank immediately.
