ActiveSearch is a search toolbar for Internet Explorer. It shows undesirable commercial advertisements in pop-ups, tracks user Internet activity and monitors web search results. The adware is bundled with some advertising-supported software. ActiveSearch runs every time the user starts Internet Explorer.
